Transliteration

udāsīnavadhe yātur uttamo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

Untuk pembunuhan terhadap seorang yang netral (udāsīna), yātu (tukang sihir/pembunuh terselubung) dikenai hukuman tertinggi.
