Transliteration

sa dvādaśadvāro yuktodakabhramacchannapathaḥ

Translation

Kota/benteng itu hendaknya memiliki dua belas gerbang, dilengkapi sirkuit air (parit/sistem air), serta memiliki jalur tertutup/tersembunyi.
