कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
Untuk pemalsuan (mohor) kerajaan, dikenakan denda sāhasa yang telah disebut sebelumnya; tetapi bagi orang yang memalsukan mohor untuk memasuki/menyeberang ke negeri lain (dengan otoritas palsu), dijatuhkan hukuman tertinggi.
