Transliteration

vadhaḥ parikleśo'rthaharaṇaṃ daṇḍaḥ | iti

Translation

Pembunuhan, penyiksaan/pelecehan, dan perampasan harta—itulah daṇḍa (hukuman yang bersifat memaksa).
