तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
Karena itu, juru tulis kerajaan hendaknya memiliki kualifikasi seperti seorang menteri, memahami segala kesempatan (tata cara dan konteks), menulis dengan cepat, berhuruf jelas dan indah, serta cakap baik dalam menulis maupun membaca dengan lantang.
