अन्यथा हि राज्याभिमर्शं वारयेत् ॥ कZ_०९.७.३९ ॥
Transliteration
anyathā hi rājyābhimarśaṃ vārayet
Translation
Jika tidak, segala bentuk campur tangan/perongrongan terhadap negara (tindakan yang menyentuh atau membahayakan kestabilan negeri) harus dicegah.
