Transliteration
tena senāpatikumāradaṇḍacāriṇo vyākhyātāḥ
Translation
Dengan ini, perkara-perkara mengenai panglima, pangeran, dan petugas penegak hukuman juga dijelaskan (yakni metode yang sama berlaku bagi mereka).
