Transliteration

vinirgato bhārgāvavaṃśacandraḥ śukratvamāpadya mahānubhāvaḥ praṇamya śaṃbhuṃ sa jagāma tūrṇa mahāsurāṇāṃ balamuttamaujāḥ

Translation

बाहर निकलकर वह महानुभाव—भार्गव वंश का चन्द्रमा—शुक्रत्व (असुरगुरु का पद) प्राप्त कर, शंभु को प्रणाम करके, उत्तम तेज से युक्त होकर, शीघ्र ही महासुरों की सेना के पास गया।
