नमरो नाम विख्यातो महाबलपराक्रमः यक्षानाश्रित्य तस्थौ स कालयन् श्वापदान् मुन्

नमर नाम का एक दैत्य, महान् बल और पराक्रम से विख्यात, यक्षों का आश्रय लेकर वहाँ स्थित हुआ और हे मुनि, वन्य पशुओं को भक्षण करता रहा।
