समस्तभुवनस्याधोभागे जलाकारात्मिका मण्डूकमयीति भुवनाधारेति विज्ञायते॥१९॥

समस्त-भुवनस्य । अधो-भागे । जल-आकार-आत्मिका । मण्डूक-मयी इति । भुवन-आधारा इति । विज्ञायते ॥१९॥

IAST Transliteration

samasta-bhuvanasyādho-bhāge jalākārātmikā maṇḍūkamayīti bhuvanādhāreti vijñāyate ||19||

Translation

समस्त ब्रह्माण्ड के अधोभाग में जो जल-स्वरूपा है, वह ‘मण्डूकमयी’ तथा ‘भुवनों की आधार-शक्ति’ के रूप में जानी जाती है॥१९॥

Academic Translation

At the lower region of the entire universe, (She) whose essence is of the form of water is understood as “made of a frog,” and as “the support of the worlds.”
