Sukta 3.3
चन्द्रमग्निं चन्द्ररथं हरिव्रतं वैश्वानरमप्सुषदं स्वर्विदम् । विगाहं तूर्णिं तविषीभिरावृतं भूर्णिं देवास इह सुश्रियं दधुः ॥
candráṃ agníṃ candra-ráthaṃ hári-vrataṃ vaiśvānarám apsu-sádaṃ svaḥ-vídam | vi-gā́haṃ tū́rṇiṃ táviṣībhi r ā́vṛtaṃ bhūrṇíṃ devā́sa ihá su-śríyaṃ dadh uḥ ||
चन्द्र-दीप्त अग्नि, चन्द्र-रथ, हरिव्रत (हरि-नियम में स्थिर), वैश्वानर—अप्सु-षद् (जल में स्थित), स्वर्विद् (स्वर् का ज्ञाता)—वेग से अग्रसर, शीघ्र, अपनी तविषी (शक्तियों) से आवृत; उस भूर्णि (घूर्णमान बल) को देवों ने यहाँ सुश्री (सुन्दर श्री) के लिए स्थापित किया है।
