Sugriva’s Account of Enmity and Appeal to Rama
स्निग्धमेवं ब्रुवाणं मां स तु निर्भर्त्स्य वानरः।।धिक्त्वामिति च मा मुक्त्वा बहु तत्तदुवाच ह।
snigdham evaṃ bruvāṇaṃ māṃ sa tu nirbhartsya vānaraḥ | dhik tvām iti ca mā muktvā bahu tattad uvāca ha ||
मैंने उसे इस प्रकार स्नेहपूर्वक कहा, फिर भी उस वानर ने मुझे डाँटा। ‘धिक्कार है तुझ पर’ कहकर उसने मुझे छोड़ा नहीं और अनेक प्रकार के दोषारोपण करता रहा।
