एवमस्मि तदा मुक्तः कथञ्चित्तेन संयुगे।इदानीमपि यद्वृत्तं तच्छृणुष्व निरुत्तरम्।।।।
evam asmi tadā muktaḥ kathañcit tena saṅyuge | idānīm api yad vṛttaṁ tac chṛṇuṣva niruttaram ||
इस प्रकार उस समय उस युद्ध में मैं किसी तरह उसके द्वारा बचा लिया गया। अब भी जो हाल ही में घटा है, उसे तुम बिना रुके, निरुत्तर भाव से सुनो।
