Winter Description and Reflection on Bharata’s Devotion
अवश्यायनिपातेन किञ्चित्प्रक्लिन्नशाद्वला।वनानां शोभते भूमिर्निविष्टतरुणातपा।।।।
avaśyāyanipātena kiñcitpraklinnśādvalā |
vanānāṃ śobhate bhūmir niviṣṭataruṇātapā ||
ओस गिरने से घासयुक्त भूमि कुछ नम हो गई है; नवोदय सूर्य की कोमल ऊष्मा से वन-प्रदेश अत्यन्त शोभायमान दिखता है।
As the miadows are wet with dewdrops, the land looks delightful with mild Sunlight shining on the surface.
Dharma is implied through steadiness in exile: even in hardship, one trains the mind to see order, beauty, and balance in nature rather than fall into bitterness.
During forest-exile, Rama observes the seasonal change: dew and gentle sunlight make the woodland ground appear especially beautiful.
Equanimity and contemplative awareness—Rama’s capacity to remain attentive and serene while living in hardship.
