अजातदंता ये केचिद्ये च गर्भे प्रपीडिताः । तेषामुद्धरणार्थाय इमं पिंडं ददाम्यहम् ॥ ४० ॥
ajātadaṃtā ye kecidye ca garbhe prapīḍitāḥ | teṣāmuddharaṇārthāya imaṃ piṃḍaṃ dadāmyaham || 40 ||
जो कुछ अजातदन्त (शिशु) होकर ही चल बसे, और जो गर्भ में पीड़ित होकर नष्ट हुए, उनके उद्धार हेतु मैं यह पिण्ड अर्पित करता हूँ।
