Draupadī-apaharaṇa-saṃdeśaḥ
Report of Draupadī’s Abduction and the Pāṇḍavas’ Pursuit
व्याभाषमाणाश्षान्योन्यं न मे जीवन् विमोक्ष्यसे । सर्वे शस्त्रास्त्रमोक्षेण पौरुषे समवस्थिता:
vyābhāṣamāṇāś cānyonyaṃ na me jīvan vimokṣyase | sarve śastrāstramokṣeṇa pauruṣe samavasthitāḥ ||
वे परस्पर ललकारते हुए बोले; तब उसने कहा—“तू मेरे हाथ से जीवित नहीं छूटेगा।” यह प्रतिज्ञा करके वे सब पुरुषार्थ में अडिग खड़े हो गए, शस्त्र-अस्त्र छोड़ने को तत्पर।
