Draupadī’s Rebuke of Jayadratha and Dhaumya’s Admonition (Āraṇyaka-parva, Adhyāya 252)
क्रियामेतां समाज्ञाय कृतज्ञस्त्वं भविष्यसि । सौक्षात्रं पाण्डवैः कृत्वा समवस्थाप्य चैव तान्
kriyām etāṁ samājñāya kṛtajñas tvaṁ bhaviṣyasi | saukṣātraṁ pāṇḍavaiḥ kṛtvā samavasthāpya caiva tān ||
इस कार्य-नीति को भलीभाँति जानकर तुम सचमुच कृतज्ञ हो जाओगे। पाण्डवों के साथ सूत-सम्बन्धी कर्म (सौक्षात्र) सम्पन्न करके और उन्हें यथोचित रूप से व्यवस्थित कर, उसी के अनुसार आगे बढ़ना।
