अनदंश्ष॒ महाकाया दैत्या जलधरोपमा: । आसीच्च निश्चितं तेषां जितमस्माभिरित्युत,इधर विशालकाय दैत्य मेघोंके समान गम्भीर गर्जना करने लगे। उन्हें यह निश्चय हो गया कि “हमारी जीत होगी”
Anadaṁṣṭrā mahākāyā daityā jaladharopamāḥ | āsīc ca niścitaṁ teṣāṁ jitam asmābhir ity uta ||
बड़े-बड़े शरीर वाले, मेघों के समान रूप वाले और दाँत-रहित दैत्य गम्भीर गर्जना करने लगे। उनके मन में यह निश्चय हो गया—“निश्चय ही विजय हमारी होगी।”
