आरण्यकपर्वणि अध्यायः २१६ — इन्द्र-स्कन्द-संमुखता वज्रप्रहारश्च
Indra approaches Skanda; vajra strike and the arising of Viśākha
व्याध उवाच यत् तदा त्वं द्विजश्रेष्ठ तयोक्तो मां प्रति प्रभो । दृष्टमेव तया सम्यगेकपत्न्या न संशय:
vyādha uvāca | yat tadā tvaṃ dvijaśreṣṭha tayokto māṃ prati prabho | dṛṣṭam eva tayā samyag ekapatnyā na saṃśayaḥ ||
धर्मव्याध ने कहा—द्विजश्रेष्ठ! प्रभो! उस पतिव्रता देवी ने पहले आपसे मेरे विषय में जो कुछ कहा है, वह सब यथार्थ है। इसमें संदेह नहीं; अपने पातिव्रत्य के प्रभाव से उसने सब कुछ ठीक-ठीक प्रत्यक्ष देखा है।
