मुखजेनाग्निना क्रुद्धों लोकानुद्)र्तयन्निव । क्षणेन राजशार्दूल पुरेव कपिल: प्रभु:

mukhajenāgninā kruddho lokān uddhartayann iva | kṣaṇena rājaśārdūla pureva kapilaḥ prabhuḥ ||

मार्कण्डेय बोले—क्रोध से भरा हुआ वह अपने मुख से निकली अग्नि द्वारा मानो लोकों को दग्ध कर रहा था। हे राजशार्दूल! एक ही क्षण में वह प्रभु प्राचीन कपिल के समान हो गया।
