ते कृता विमुखा: सर्वे मत्प्रयुक्त: शिलाशितै: । ततो मातलिना तूर्ण हयास्ते सम्प्रचोदिता:,मेरे छोड़े हुए बाण पत्थरपर तेज किये हुए थे। उनकी मार खाकर सभी दानव युद्धभूमिसे भाग चले। तब मातलि उस रथके घोड़ोंको तुरंत ही तीव्र वेगसे हाँका
arjuna uvāca | te kṛtā vimukhāḥ sarve matprayuktaiḥ śilāśitaiḥ | tato mātalinā tūrṇaṃ hayās te sampracoditāḥ ||
मेरे द्वारा छोड़े गये, पत्थर पर तेज किये हुए बाणों की मार से वे सब विमुख होकर रणभूमि से भाग चले; तब मातलि ने उस रथ के घोड़ों को तुरंत ही तीव्र वेग से हाँक दिया।
