Kubera’s Fivefold Nīti and Protection of the Pāṇḍavas (वैश्रवणोपदेशः)
ततो युधिष्ठिरो राजा बहून् क्लेशान् विचिन्तयन् । सिंहव्याप्रगजाकीर्णामुदीचीं प्रययौ दिशम्,तदनन्तर राजा युधिष्ठिर अनेक क्लेशोंका चिन्तन करते हुए सिंह, व्याप्र और हाथियोंसे भरी हुई उत्तर-दिशाकी ओर चल दिये
tato yudhiṣṭhiro rājā bahūn kleśān vicintayan | siṃhavyāpragajākīrṇām udīcīṃ prayayau diśam ||
तदनन्तर राजा युधिष्ठिर अनेक क्लेशों का चिन्तन करते हुए सिंह, व्याघ्र और हाथियों से भरी हुई उत्तर दिशा की ओर चल दिए।
