Kṛṣṇa at Duryodhana’s House: Refusal of Hospitality and Departure to Vidura (कृष्णस्य धार्तराष्ट्रनिवेशनगमनम्)
अथो धनंजयं ब्रूया नित्योद्युक्ते वृकोदरम् । यदर्थ क्षत्रिया सूते तस्य कालोडयमागत:
atho dhanañjayaṃ brūyā nityodyukte vṛkodaram | yadartha kṣatriyā sūte tasya kālo ’yam āgataḥ ||
वैशम्पायन बोले— तब धनंजय अर्जुन से और सदा कर्म के लिए उद्यत वृकोदर भीमसेन से कहना: क्षत्राणी जिस प्रयोजन से पुत्र को जन्म देती है, उसे सिद्ध करने का यह समय आ पहुँचा है।
