ये वै भेदनशीलास्तु सकामा निस्त्रपा: शठा: । ये पापा इति विख्याता: संवासे परिगर्लहिता:,दूसरोंमें फ़ूट डालनेका जिनका स्वभाव है, जो कामी, निर्लज्ज, शठ और प्रसिद्ध पापी हैं, वे साथ रखनेके अयोग्य--निन्दित माने गये हैं

Transliteration

ye vai bhedanaśīlāstu sakāmā nistrapāḥ śaṭhāḥ | ye pāpā iti vikhyātāḥ saṃvāse parigarhitāḥ ||

Translation

विदुर ने कहा— जिनका स्वभाव ही फूट डालना है, जो कामी, निर्लज्ज, शठ और पापी के रूप में प्रसिद्ध हैं— वे सहवास के योग्य नहीं; वे निन्दित माने गए हैं।
