अथ तत्रापि पद्मानि विचिन्वन् भरतर्षभ | अपश्यत् स तु देवेन्द्र बिसमध्यगतं स्थितम्,भरतश्रेष्ठ! उसमें भी कमलोंके भीतर खोज करते हुए अग्निदेवने एक कमलके नालमें बैठे हुए देवेन्द्रकों देखा
atha tatrāpi padmāni vicinvan bharatarṣabha | apaśyat sa tu devendra bisamadhyagataṁ sthitam ||
भरतश्रेष्ठ! वहाँ भी कमलों में खोज करते हुए अग्निदेव ने देवेन्द्र इन्द्र को एक कमल-नाल के मध्य में स्थित (छिपे) हुए देखा।
