Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya
अहं महाकुले जाता हृदाद्ध्रदमिवागता । ईश्वरी सर्वकल्याणी भर्त्रां परमपूजिता
ahaṃ mahākule jātā hradād hradam ivāgatā | īśvarī sarvakalyāṇī bhartrāṃ paramapūjitā ||
मैं महाकुल में उत्पन्न हुई। जैसे हंस एक सरोवर से दूसरे सरोवर में जाता है, वैसे ही मैं यहाँ आयी। मैं इस राज्य की स्वामिनी बनी—समस्त कल्याणकारी साधनों से सम्पन्न—और पति के परम सम्मान की पात्र हुई।
