संनिधौ ते महाराज क्रोधजं पापबुद्धिजम् । 'परंतु भारत! महाराज! आपके समीप मैं क्रोध अथवा पापबुद्धिसे होनेवाला यह निन्दित कर्म नहीं प्रारम्भ करूँगा
sannidhau te mahārāja krodhajaṁ pāpabuddhijam |
हे भारत! महाराज! आपके समीप मैं क्रोध अथवा पापबुद्धि से उत्पन्न इस निन्दित कर्म का आरम्भ नहीं करूँगा; मैं धर्म का ही आश्रय लूँगा।
