इति राष्ट्र परिपतन् बहुभि: पुरुषैः सह | सर्वेषां राजयुक्तानां दुष्करं परिदृष्टवान्
iti rāṣṭra-paripatan bahubhiḥ puruṣaiḥ saha | sarveṣāṃ rājayuktānāṃ duṣkaraṃ paridṛṣṭavān |
यही कहते हुए वह बहुत-से लोगों के साथ राज्य में चारों ओर घूमता रहा। उसने राजा के काम में लगे सभी कर्मचारियों के दुष्कर्म अपनी आँखों से देखे।
