दास्यमैश्वर्यवादेन ज्ञातीनां न करोम्यहम् । अर्ध भोक्तास्मि भोगानां वाग्दुरुक्तानि च क्षमे
dāsyam aiśvaryavādena jñātīnāṃ na karomy aham | ardhabhoktāsmi bhogānāṃ vāgduruktāni ca kṣame ||
वायुदेव बोले—“मैं अपनी प्रभुता का प्रकाश करके अपने ज्ञाति-बन्धुओं को दास नहीं बनाता। जो भोग मुझे प्राप्त होते हैं, उनका आधा ही मैं भोगता हूँ; शेष आधा कुटुम्ब के लिए छोड़ देता हूँ। और वे कटुवचन बोलें तो भी मैं क्षमा करता हूँ।”
