भीष्म उवाच शृणु राजन्नवहित: सर्वमेतद् यथातथम् । यथामति यथा चैतच्छुतपूर्व मयानघ
Transliteration
bhīṣma uvāca: śṛṇu rājann avahitaḥ sarvam etad yathātatham | yathāmati yathā caitac chrutapūrvaṃ mayānagha ||
Translation
भीष्मजी बोले—हे निष्पाप राजन्! सावधान होकर सुनो। मैंने जैसा पहले सुना था, उसी के अनुसार अपनी बुद्धि के मुताबिक यह समस्त वृत्तान्त यथार्थ रूप से कह रहा हूँ।
