भोजनाच्छादने चैव मात्रा पित्रा च संग्रहम् । स्वकृतेनाधिगच्छन्ति लोके नास्त्यकृतं पुरा
Transliteration
bhojanācchādane caiva mātrā pitrā ca saṅgraham | svakṛtenādhigacchanti loke nāsty akṛtaṃ purā ||
Translation
भोजन और वस्त्र, तथा माता-पिता द्वारा किया गया पालन-पोषण और संग्रह—ये सब लोग अपने ही कर्मों से प्राप्त करते हैं; संसार में बिना किए कुछ भी पहले से नहीं मिलता।
