Ritual action is presented as ethically meaningful when aligned with rightful devotion and proper procedure: the offering, purified by vidhi and mantra, should be given to the truly worthy—here identified as Viṣṇu, the incomparable, all-pervading Lord.
Dakṣa declares that the prepared oblation, placed in a golden vessel and sanctified by correct rites and mantras, is to be offered as the sacrificial share to Viṣṇu, whom he proclaims uniquely fit to receive the yajña-portion.
