यथा मरीच्य: सहिताश्षरन्ति सर्वत्र तिष्ठन्ति च दृश्यमाना: । देहैविमुक्तानि चरन्ति लोकां- स्तथैव सत्त्वान्यतिमानुषाणि
yathā marīcyaḥ sahitāḥ śaranti sarvatra tiṣṭhanti ca dṛśyamānāḥ | dehair vimuktāni caranti lokāṁs tathaiva sattvāny atimānuṣāṇi ||
व्यासजी बोले—जैसे सूर्य की किरणें परस्पर संयुक्त होकर प्रवाहित होती हैं और सर्वत्र स्थित-सी भी दृष्टिगोचर होती हैं, वैसे ही शरीर से मुक्त हुए अतिमानुष सूक्ष्म सत्त्व समस्त लोकों में विचरते हैं; यह बात केवल ज्ञान-दृष्टि से ही जानी जाती है॥
