Adhyāya 193: Adjudication of the Comparable Fruits of Japa and Yoga
उत्तर: पृथिवी भाग: सर्वपुण्यतम: शुभ: । इहस्थास्तत्र जायन्ते ये वै पुण्यकृतो जना:
uttaraḥ pṛthivī-bhāgaḥ sarva-puṇya-tamaḥ śubhaḥ | ihasthās tatra jāyante ye vai puṇya-kṛto janāḥ ||
भारद्वाज बोले—पृथ्वी का उत्तर भाग सर्वाधिक पुण्यतम और मंगलमय है। इस लोक में जो धर्मपूर्वक पुण्यकर्म करते हैं, वे ही मृत्यु के बाद उस प्रदेश में जन्म लेते हैं।
