सो<5सृजत् प्रथमं देवो महान्तं नाम नामतः । महान् ससर्जाहँंकारं स चापि भगवानथ
so 'sṛjat prathamaṃ devo mahāntaṃ nāma nāmataḥ | mahān sasarjāhaṅkāraṃ sa cāpi bhagavān atha ||
उस स्वयम्भू देव ने सबसे पहले ‘महान्’ नामक महत्तत्त्व की सृष्टि की। फिर उसी महान् से भगवान् ने अहंकार की उत्पत्ति की।
