ब्रह्मा चैनं महात्मानमातिथ्येनाभ्यपूजयत्‌ । तदनन्तर बकराज यथोचित रीतिसे ब्रह्माजीकी सभामें गया और ब्रह्माजीने उस महात्माका आतिथ्य-सत्कार किया

Transliteration

brahmā cainaṁ mahātmānam ātithyenābhyapūjayat |

Translation

भीष्म ने कहा— “ब्रह्मा ने उस महात्मा का अतिथि-धर्म के अनुसार सत्कार किया। तत्पश्चात् बकराज यथोचित रीति से ब्रह्माजी की सभा में गया और वहाँ ब्रह्मा ने उसका आदरपूर्वक स्वागत किया।”
