Nakula’s Counsel on Yajña, Dāna, and Tyāga (नकुलोपदेशः—यज्ञदानत्यागविचारः)
ये चान्ये क्रतवस्तात ब्राह्मणैरभिपूजिता: । तैर्यजस्व महीपाल शक्रो देवपतिर्यथा
ye cānye kratavas tāta brāhmaṇair abhipūjitāḥ | tair yajasva mahīpāla śakro devapatir yathā ||
हे तात, हे महीपाल! ब्राह्मणों द्वारा अभिपूजित और प्रशंसित जो अन्य यज्ञ-क्रतु हैं, उन्हें भी आप सम्पन्न कीजिए। उन यज्ञों द्वारा यज्ञपुरुष की आराधना करके आप भी देवपतिशक्र इन्द्र के समान धर्म, दान और लोक-रक्षा में स्थित रहकर राज्य का पालन करें।
