मृगराजं हितैर्वाक्यै: सम्बोधयितुमागमत् | पुत्र नैतत् त्वया ग्राह्मूं कपटारम्भसंयुतम्
mṛgarājaṃ hitair vākyaiḥ sambodhayitum āgamat | putra naitat tvayā grāhyaṃ kapaṭārambhasaṃyutam |
वह मृगराज (सिंह) के पास हितकारी वचनों से समझाने आई—“पुत्र! इसे स्वीकार मत करना; इसका आरम्भ कपट से जुड़ा है और इसमें छल का ही विधान है।”
