अधर्मेण गदायुद्धे यदहं विनिपातित: । '“ओ कंसके दासके बेटे! मैं जो गदायुद्धमें अधर्मसे मारा गया हूँ, इस कुकृत्यके कारण क्या तुम्हें लज्जा नहीं आती है?
adharmeṇa gadāyuddhe yad ahaṃ vinipātitaḥ |
संजय ने कहा: “गदायुद्ध में अधर्म से मुझे गिराया गया है। हे कंस के दास के बेटे! इस कुकृत्य के कारण क्या तुम्हें लज्जा नहीं आती?”
