Yudhiṣṭhira’s Lament and Kṛṣṇa’s Rudra-Cosmogony Explanation (सौप्तिक पर्व, अध्याय १७)
तपसाधिगतं चाजन्न॑ प्रजार्थ मे पितामह । ओषध्य: परिवर्तेरन् यथैवं सततं प्रजा:
tapasādhigataṃ cājñaṃ prajārthaṃ me pitāmaha | oṣadhyaḥ parivarteran yathaivaṃ satataṃ prajāḥ ||
हे पितामह! प्रजाओं के हित के लिए यह आज्ञा मैंने तपस्या से प्राप्त की है। औषधियाँ बार-बार नव-नव होकर उत्पन्न होती रहें, जिससे प्रजा निरंतर समृद्ध हो।
