श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
By naming specific leaders and kinsmen, the passage underscores accountability in collective decision-making: major political and ethical choices are carried by concrete persons within a community, not by vague ‘groups’.
Kṛṣṇa is speaking and enumerating prominent Vṛṣṇi-Yādava figures—companions, relatives, and allies—likely to identify who is present, involved, or to be counted among those taking part in counsel or action.
