अद्य बाष्पमुखी कृष्णां सान्त्वयिष्यसि माधव । वाम्भिश्वामृतकल्पाभिर्धर्मराजं च पाण्डवम्
adya bāṣpamukhī kṛṣṇāṃ sāntvayiṣyasi mādhava | vāgbhiś cāmṛtakalpābhir dharmarājaṃ ca pāṇḍavam ||
संजय बोले— “माधव! आज आप आँसुओं से भीगी मुखवाली कृष्णा (द्रौपदी) को सान्त्वना देंगे और पाण्डव धर्मराज युधिष्ठिर को भी अमृत-तुल्य मधुर वचनों से ढाढ़स बँधाएँगे।”
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya foretells that Kṛṣṇa (Mādhava) will approach the grieving Draupadī and Yudhiṣṭhira (Dharmarāja) and comfort them, indicating a scene of emotional aftermath in the war where counsel and consolation become necessary.
