नश्यमानमहं युक्त मन्येयमिति मे मतिः । “रणभूमिमें तुम्हें पाकर सारा क्षत्रियसमाज एक दिनमें नष्ट हो सकता है, ऐसा कहना मैं युक्तिसंगत मानता हूँ। मेरी तो ऐसी ही धारणा है |। ५० ई ।।
naśyamānam ahaṁ yuktaṁ manyeyam iti me matiḥ | seyaṁ pārtha camūr ghorā dhārtarāṣṭrasya saṁyuge ||
“रणभूमि में तुम्हें पाकर सारा क्षत्रियसमाज एक दिन में नष्ट हो सकता है—ऐसा कहना मैं युक्तिसंगत मानता हूँ; मेरी तो ऐसी ही धारणा है।” और अब, हे पार्थ, युद्ध के लिए धृतराष्ट्र-पुत्रों की यह भयंकर सेना देखो।
