पश्यैनं भीमसेनेन ग्रस्तमाहवशोभिनम्
paśyainaṃ bhīmasenena grastam āhavaśobhinam
देखो, रणभूमि की शोभा रहे उस वीर को—भीमसेन ने युद्ध में जकड़ लिया है।
संजय उवाच
Even the most battle-renowned warrior can be suddenly overpowered; the verse highlights the fragility of martial glory and the swift reversals that occur in war, urging humility and discernment about worldly fame.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that a prominent fighter—described as an ornament of the battlefield—has been seized/overpowered by Bhīmasena during combat, marking a decisive turn in that encounter.
