ते सेने भृशसंसक्ते दृष्टवान्योन्यं महाहवे
te sene bhṛśa-saṁsakte dṛṣṭavān anyonyaṁ mahāhave
संजय बोले—उस महान संग्राम में जब दोनों सेनाएँ घोर रूप से गुँथ गईं, तब वे एक-दूसरे को आमने-सामने देखने लगीं; दोनों पक्ष पूरी तरह भिड़े थे, और ठहरने का कोई अवकाश न रहा।
