duryodhana uvāca | pitṛdevarṣisaṅghebhyo bhaye datte mahātmanā | satkṛtya śaṅkaraṃ prāha brahmā lokahitaṃ vacaḥ ||
दुर्योधन बोला— राजन्! जब महात्मा भगवान शिव ने पितरों, देवताओं और ऋषियों के समुदाय को अभय दे दिया, तब ब्रह्माजी ने भगवान शंकर का सत्कार करके यह लोक-हितकारी वचन कहा।
