Vāsudeva-Māhātmya: Duryodhana’s Inquiry and Bhīṣma’s Theological Account of Keśava
तद् गोकुलमिवोदशभ्रान्तमुद्भ्रान्तरथयूथपम्
tad gokulam ivodaśa-bhrāntam ud-bhrānta-ratha-yūthapam | uvāca pārtha bībhatsuṁ nigṛhya ratham uttamam ||
संजय बोले—उस समय पाण्डुनन्दन युधिष्ठिर की वह सेना व्याकुल होकर गोकुल की भाँति इधर-उधर भटकती, आर्तस्वर से हाहाकार करती दिखाई दी। अनेक रथयूथपति भी किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ होकर घूम रहे थे। अपनी ही सेना में ऐसी भगदड़ देखकर यदुकुलनन्दन भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने अपने उत्तम रथ को रोककर कुन्तीपुत्र अर्जुन—बीभत्सु—से कहा।
