अर्जुनके प्रति भगवान्का विराट्रूप-प्रदर्शन किरीटिनं गदिनं चक्रिणं च तेजोराशिं सर्वतो दीप्तिमन्तम् । पश्यामि व्वां दुर्निरीक्ष्यं+ समन्ताद् दीप्तानलार्कद्युतिमप्रमेयम्ः
kirīṭinaṃ gadinaṃ cakriṇaṃ ca tejorāśiṃ sarvato dīptimantam | paśyāmi tvāṃ durnirīkṣyaṃ samantād dīptānalārkadyutim aprameyam ||
मैं आपको मुकुटधारी, गदाधारी और चक्रधारी—सब ओर प्रकाशमान तेज के पुंज के रूप में देखता हूँ। आप चारों ओर से देखने में कठिन हैं; प्रज्वलित अग्नि और सूर्य के समान दीप्तिमान, और स्वरूप में अप्रमेय हैं।
