भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः
Arjuna and Bhima’s pressure; escalation toward Bhishma
आत्मनि:श्रेयसं सर्वे प्राप्तकालं महाबला: । मन्त्रयामासुरव्यग्रा मन्त्रनिश्चयकोविदा:
ātmaniḥśreyasaṁ sarve prāptakālaṁ mahābalāḥ | mantrayāmāsur avyagrā mantraniścayakovidāḥ ||
तब वे सब महाबली वीर समय को उपयुक्त जानकर, अव्यग्र चित्त से अपने हित के विषय में विचार करने लगे; वे मन्त्रणा करके निश्चय तक पहुँचने में निपुण थे।
