Adhyāya 48: Brahmopadeśa on Prāṇāyāma, Sāttvika Vṛtti, and the Sattva–Kṣetrajña Question
अनुमानाद् विजानीम: पुरुष सत्त्वसंश्रयम् । न शक््यमन्यथा गन्तुं पुरुष द्विजसत्तमा:
anumānād vijānīmaḥ puruṣa sattvasaṃśrayam | na śakyam anyathā gantuṃ puruṣa dvijasattamāḥ ||
वायु ने कहा— अनुमान-प्रमाण से हम जानते हैं कि परम पुरुष सत्त्व में आश्रय लेकर स्थित हैं। हे द्विजश्रेष्ठ! उस परम पुरुष तक अन्यथा पहुँचना सम्भव नहीं; इस तत्त्व को समझे बिना प्राप्ति नहीं होती।
